Therapy

  • Free 30- Min Introductory Call

    If you are interested in working with me, let's meet for an introductory call.

    There is no fee for this call; rather, it is an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy and answer any questions you may have.

    Together we can determine if we might work well together.

  • Regular Therapy Sessions

    We will work together to build your confidence and help you make the changes you desire to see.

    As we begin, we agree on a day and time for a weekly or fortnightly session.

    Therapy sessions are held online, from Monday to Thursday, during business hours (GMT), and last 50 minutes. The price of ongoing therapy is £75.
